Shipping policy

We make it our business to get your products to you in a specific time. If you have problems with your shipment, please contact us via email or by phone. We will track your package and update you on the status. If you have not received your product within the time that it suppose to arrive, we will ship you another at no cost. If you receive a package that is not correct, we will accept the product still in the plastic and refund your product at full price. If the item has been opened or damaged, the amount of the refund will be accessed at that time. All items are and can be returned up to 30 days of purchase for full refund.
